Pediatric Physician (MD/DO) Eastern Montana ️ Full-Time 4.5-Day Workweek $200,000 $280,000 annuallyRole Overview:Join a compassionate, turn-key outpatient pediatric practice serving infants, children, and adolescents. Enjoy a ready-made patient panel, collaborative care with NPs/PAs, and meaningful involvement in newborn care and community health.Key Responsibilities:Provide outpatient care for acute and chronic pediatric conditionsPerform clinic procedures and comprehensive physical examsAttend newborn deliveries and manage infant care and discharge planningParticipate in rotating call for pediatric and newborn coverageCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and mentor APPsMaintain timely, accurate clinical documentationEngage in professional development and quality improvement initiativesQualifications:MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certified or Board Eligible in PediatricsNRP certificationActive Montana medical license (or eligible)2+ years clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive guaranteed base salarySign-on bonus & relocation assistanceStudent loan repayment & CME allowanceGenerous PTO, paid float holidays, extended illness timeHousing assistance availableHealth: medical, dental, vision, HSA, life, AD&D, short- & long-term disabilityRetirement: 401(k) with company match (100% vested after 2 years)
