You’re part of a team that shows up, stands together, and leads with purpose.How You'll Make An ImpactThe Product Owner will work closely with Gallagher Bassett's global business and IT organizations to accomplish the following objectives:Be a leader in establishing strategies to leverage data, AI and analytics to achieve business objectives and drive successful outcomes for both Gallagher Bassett and its clients. Collaborate with business stakeholders and data & analytics professionals to prioritize initiatives, define project goals, and ensure successful execution of Product initiatives. Oversee and lead the execution of product journeys, coordinating and aligning the efforts of product, analytics, data science, IT, and business resources to achieve desired outcomes. Establish governance processes to ensure product initiative prioritization and execution are aligned with business benefits. Devise implementation approaches that produce products that are flexible, maintainable, and adaptable as business needs evolve. Drive change management processes for the implementation of new products. Be a leading contributor to ideas for using data, AI and analytics to improve competitiveness, quality, responsiveness, and efficiency. Drive organizational awareness on the latest advancements in AI & analytics, address ethical considerations, and foster continuous learning to drive innovation. This list is not exhaustive.RESPONSIBILITIES:Business alignment (contributor): Ensure Product initiatives and strategies are aligned with GB business’ overarching goalsStakeholder engagement (leader): Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, IT and external partners Gen AI program execution (leader): Drive the execution of the Product vision; overseeing the efforts from Analytics, Product, data science, IT and business teamsBusiness IT project management (partner): Team with IT project leader(s) in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcesMonitor and evaluate Product initiatives (leader): Progress and performance of Product initiatives, tracking key metrics, and evaluating their impact on business outcomesTeam collaboration & mentorship (contributor): Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members, to ensure the team's overall successContinuous learning (leader): Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements, industry trends, and best practices in Product spaceAbout YouRequired:Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering (or commensurate experience) and 7 years related product development experience required. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Desired:Experience conducting research, compiling and analyzing data, and identifying trends that have supported product decisions. Work Traits:Excellent oral, negotiating, influencing and written communication ability. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong creative and interpersonal skills. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
