1-Year Contract HR Systems & Rewards Project ConsultantLocation: CBD Area. Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Contract: 1 year under agency payroll, extension possible up to 24 months.Interview Process: Face-to-face interview required.We are hiring a HR Systems & Rewards Project Consultant to support a regional transformation project involving compensation operations, HR systems integration and governance initiatives across APAC. This is an individual contributor role reporting to senior regional stakeholders. The environment is highly project-driven and suited for candidates comfortable building processes in a greenfield/start-up-like setup.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate APAC annual compensation cycle projects across multiple countriesPartner with Rewards, HR Technology and regional stakeholders on compensation system implementation and governanceSupport transition and integration initiatives involving HR systems platformsTranslate compensation policies and business requirements into system/process workflowsOversee UAT testing, reporting structures, dashboards and data integrity checksCoordinate with vendors and internal technology teams for enhancements and issue resolutionConsolidate country-specific compensation and compliance requirements across APAC marketsDrive stakeholder engagement, project governance and change management activitiesSupport future-state HRIS integration planning and process improvementsJ-18808-Ljbffr
