This position operates within a two-teacher "house" model, in which one teacher provides math instruction, and the other teaches English Language Arts, and the other provides Math, science, and social studies. Teachers work in close partnership to create a consistent, supportive, and engaging experience for all students.The ideal candidate is skilled in building strong relationships with students and cultivating a positive classroom community where all learners feel connected and supported. This role requires the ability to establish clear routines and expectations, foster student engagement, and proactively support both academic and behavioral growth.
