Payroll ClerkWe’re partnering with a well-established industrial services company in Sugar Land, Texas for a Payroll Clerk that continues to grow and evolve across its global operations.As part of their ongoing expansion, they are adding a Payroll Clerk to support their payroll team and help ensure accurate and timely processing for a large employee base.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys payroll processing and detail-oriented work.What You’ll Do As a Payroll Clerk:Process, review and verify timesheets for accuracy and completenessManage all incoming request from payroll helpdesk inboxResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely mannerMaintain employee payroll records and ensue data integrityAssist with onboarding and offboarding payroll changes Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and time reportingSupport payroll audits and compliance with company policies and regulationsAssist with payroll projects and reporting as needed by payroll teamWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environmentKnowledge of multi-state payroll processing and complianceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems (ADP or similar preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityA team player with a proactive and dependable work styleWhy This Role?Opportunity to join a stable, reputable company with continued growthBe part of a collaborative and supportive payroll teamGain exposure to complex, multi-state payroll operationsCompany is investing in its people and processesReady to make a difference?
