Auditor - Billing and Time
Beyel Brothers, Inc. is a Florida-based crane rental, rigging, heavy haul, and marine/barge services company headquartered in Cocoa, Florida. We support major infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects across the Southeast with one of the region's most capable heavy lift and specialized transportation fleets. As our project volume, contract complexity, and geographic footprint continue to grow, we are investing in the internal audit and compliance functions that protect the accuracy and integrity of our billing and payroll operations. This role is central to that effort.
Position Summary The Billing and Time Auditor is a field-traveling position responsible for auditing billing records, invoices, and timesheets across Beyel Brothers, Inc.'s active jobsites and operational locations throughout the state of Florida. The right person for this role is on the road regularly, comfortable working independently across multiple locations, and brings a detail-oriented, audit-minded approach to everything they touch. If you are someone who finds errors others miss and understands that billing accuracy is a direct driver of company revenue and client trust, this is the role.
