This is a high-energy, high-conversion retail operation, and the Tour Manager is the person who makes it all run.This role is staffed and managed by Lime Media, Eight Sleep's experiential activation partner. You will be employed by Lime Media and work onsite representing the Eight Sleep brand.How You’ll ContributeRun guided, 30-minute Pod demos — greeting each guest by name, walking them through the technology, and making the experience feel personal from start to finishClose on-site sales using the POS system and walk guests through the purchase flow and delivery detailsAdapt your approach to each guest — some walk in ready to buy, others are just curious.
