Engineer Technician

Position Summary
CET Technology is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to
support engineering, manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of technical experience in manufacturing, engineering support, testing, quality control, or a related field and possess strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A primary responsibility of this role is testing and validating parts, assemblies, and finished products manufactured by CET Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet engineering specifications and quality standards through inspection, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting activities.

While this role focuses on engineering and testing activities, employees may be asked to assist other departments as business needs arise.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform testing, inspection, and validation of parts, assemblies, and finished products toensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
● Operate test equipment, measurement tools, and diagnostic instruments to evaluateproduct performance.
● Document test procedures, results, and observations accurately and maintain testingrecords.
● Troubleshoot product, assembly, and manufacturing issues and communicate findings toengineering and production teams.
● Assist with assembly, integration, and fabrication of electronic and mechanical systems.
● Support engineers with prototyping, product development, and design verificationactivities.
● Review engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and technicaldocumentation.
● Assist with quality control inspections and corrective action activities.Maintain test equipment, tools, and work areas in an organized and operational condition.
● Coordinate with internal departments to support manufacturing and production requirements.
● Resolve technical issues related to product performance, testing, and assembly.
● Provide general technical support and assist with special projects as assigned.
● Assist with customer support phone calls and emails.QualificationsRequired
● 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering technician, test technician, qualitycontrol, electronics assembly, or a related technical field.
● Experience testing and evaluating manufactured parts and assemblies using establishedprocedures.
● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
● Experience using hand tools, measurement instruments, and basic test equipment.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Preferred
● Experience working with electronic, electromechanical, or industrial products.
● Experience with quality assurance, inspection, or manufacturing processes.
● Soldering, wiring, or assembly experience.
● Experience with test documentation and data collection.
● Mandarin Chinese speaking and writing proficiency.Additional Expectations
