Job Description Summary The primary responsibilities of the Technical Compliance Specialist will be to support the company by processing change requests within technical programs and submitting requests to regulatory authorities. ResponsibilitiesReceives requests via ticketing system to perform change management process; uses the ticketing system to track requests and makes updates as neededReviews requests with submitter(s) to ensure all information is accurateUsing proper templates, prepares documentation regarding change management request and submits to regulatory authoritiesEnsures all documentation is properly inputted into systems of recordSupports the manager with monthly and quarterly reportsAs part of a team, works to update internal processes to align with new procedures and regulationsOther duties as assigned Qualifications Qualification Requirements and CompetencesBachelors Degree preferred but not required3+ years of experience working in a corporate setting, preferably experience in Casino and Gaming industryPrior experience with Change Management or Technical ComplianceExcellent time management skills requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookPrior experience with Jira and CRS is ideal, but not requiredExperience working with remote teams and peersStrong attention to detail and analytical abilitiesAdaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Benefits:Competitive Salary ($50k-$70k depending on location & experience)401k Employer MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee Referral ProgramMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance PlansCompany Paid Life and AD&D InsuranceCommuter Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Nationwide Employee Discount ProgramFull Training & Growth Opportunities If you want to be part of one of the most exciting industries in the world, then apply now and join the EVOlution!
