Solution architect but hands on to create high level flows, frameworks, PoCs etc.
Knowledge of GCP environment is much desired

Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable and secure technical architectures for payment products using Java, Spring Boot, and Core Java to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure to ensure high availability, performance, and cost optimization.
- Provide technical expertise in payment product functionalities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
- Optimize system performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Lead the integration of payment systems with third-party APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for architectures, designs, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Oversee the deployment and monitoring of applications in a hybrid work model, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives, driving impactful results.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in payment systems to propose innovative solutions for future projects.
- Ensure the architecture supports scalability and adaptability to meet evolving business needs and market demands.
Qualifications -
- Possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Core Java, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of payment product functionalities and industry standards, ensuring compliance and innovation.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize system performance effectively.
- Showcase strong collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
