The Production Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in manufacturing processes, such as assembling, welding, and applying knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products.ScheduleMonday- Friday Day Shift9/80 schedule- every other Friday scheduled off!Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily activities of an assigned production team to meet safety, quality, and schedule requirementsSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of production employeesComplete timekeeping approvals and conduct performance evaluations in accordance with company policyEnsure product quality and customer satisfaction through oversight of fabrication, testing, inspections, and material controlMaintain accurate production documentation, including manufacturing travelers and inspection recordsMonitor incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products for quality and complianceAnalyze production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, quality, and workflowRecommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and work proceduresFoster a clean, organized, and collaborative work environment that promotes productivity and accountabilityRequirementsAssociate degree from a technical or two-year college, or equivalent combination of education, training, and 25 years of related production experienceStrong technical and fabrication skills preferredPrior supervisory, lead, or employee training experience highly desirableEffective verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadership ability with the capacity to motivate and influence othersComfortable using standard computer applications and production systemsStrong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindsetAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentAuthorized to work in the U.S.; must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual in compliance with ITAR requirementsACT offers competitive pay, excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401(k) match, and profit-sharing), and a supportive team environment.ACT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
