This individual will operate at the intersection ofSales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing , ensuring that systems, processes, and teams remain tightly aligned.This is not a traditional PM role. You will be aplayer-coach —someone who can bothdrive execution and step into the details , includingSalesforce solutioning and light development workwhen needed.Your mission is to:Eliminate friction across teamsDrive clarity, accountability, and deliveryEnsure Salesforce and adjacent systems scale with the businessYou will own team rhythm, cross-functional coordination, and technical delivery—helping multiple stakeholders move quickly while maintaining structure and quality.Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Leadership & ExecutionAct as theprimary orchestrator across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and MarketingIdentify cross-team dependencies and proactivelyremove blockers to executionTranslate business needs intotechnical requirements and Salesforce solutionsServe as atrusted partner to GTM teams , ensuring systems support evolving workflowsSalesforce Ownership & Technical DeliveryLead end-to-end delivery ofSalesforce initiatives , including:Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrationsContribute hands‐on to:Solution design and architectureLightApex / SOQL / integrationswhere neededPartner with engineering to ensure scalable, maintainable implementationsDriverelease management, QA, and deployment processesProgram Management & Team RhythmEstablish and maintainoperating cadence across teams :Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release prioritizationOwnJira and system workflows :Ensure tickets are clearly defined, prioritized, and progressingWeekly execution callsCross-functional alignment sessionsAct as the"voice of delivery" , ensuring deadlines and commitments are metVisibility, Reporting & Process OptimizationBuild and maintainreal‐time dashboards and reportingacross Salesforce and BI toolsProvideclear visibility into project status, risks, and outcomesContinuously improve:Business processesData integrity and governanceSystem scalability and usabilitySystems & Process IntegrationDrive alignment across systems including:CLM / CPQ / billing toolsMarketing automation platformsLead key initiatives such as:Process redesign (e.g., deal flow, amendments, renewals)New product launches and system enablementData model and workflow optimizationGovernance, Compliance & DocumentationEnsureSOX compliance, audit readiness, and documentation integrityMaintain clear documentation of:Business processesKey workflows and dependenciesRequired Qualifications7–12 years of experiencein Technical Program Management, Business Systems, or similar rolesExceptional interpersonal skills and strong Corporate IQHigh energyVery tech forward and constantly thinking about automation, AI, and efficiencyDeep expertise inSalesforce (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud preferred)Hands‐on experience with:Basic development (Apex, SOQL, APIs)Proven experience working with:Sales and Customer Success teamsCross‐functional partners (Finance, Product, Marketing)Strong experience with:Preferred ExperienceBackground in one or more of:Advertising / MediaTravel / AirlinesExperience with:CPQ, CLM, or billing systemsMarketing automation platformsData / BI toolsSalesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or Developer)Core Competencies Systems Thinker -You understand how systems, data, and teams interact—and can design solutions that scale.Connector / "Connective Tissue" -You naturally bring people together, align priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Player-Coach -You're equally comfortable driving strategy and alignment AND rolling up your sleeves to solve problems directly.Proactive Communicator -You anticipate needs, follow up without being asked, and keep stakeholders aligned at all times.Operationally Excellent -You thrive in complexity and bring structure through: Clear processes, strong documentation and consistent execution rhythms.What Success Looks LikeCross‐functional teams operate withclarity, speed, and alignmentSalesforce is ascalable, reliable backbonefor the businessProjects are deliveredon time with minimal frictionStakeholders havefull visibility into systems and performanceProcesses are continuously improving—not breaking under growthCompensation The US total compensation range for this full‐time position is inclusive of salary + equity. Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
