Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to preschool-aged children. Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth. Assess and monitor each child's progress, adapting teaching methods as needed. Collaborate with families to support children's educational journeys. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere. Facilitate activities that promote literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. * Qualifications Proven experience working with preschool-aged children. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children. Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
