Senior Software Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-growing cybersecurity-focused team transitioning from security compliance solutions into advanced cybersecurity infrastructure and AI-driven defense systems. This role is ideal for a highly product-oriented engineer who enjoys working across the stack, moves quickly, and takes full ownership of technical and product outcomes.You will contribute to both experimental product development and foundational platform infrastructure in a high-velocity, mission-driven environment supporting critical cybersecurity needs for defense-related customers.What You’ll DoBuild and ship full-stack features across experimental cybersecurity products and core platform infrastructureWork across the full product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, deployment, and iterationDevelop primarily using TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails, with opportunities to work in Node.js, Rust, and other modern systems languagesCollaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an iterative, fast-moving environmentTake ownership of technical decisions and product outcomes with minimal oversightContribute to system design and architectural decisions for scalable, secure infrastructureMentor and support other engineers, helping elevate team standards and technical excellenceRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in full-stack software developmentStrong proficiency in TypeScript and at least one modern backend object-oriented language (e.g., Ruby, Java, Python, or Node.js)Experience working in fast-paced startup environments, ideally Series A–C, or demonstrated rapid progression in larger organizationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) from a top-tier (top 30) programStrong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and scalable architectureProven track record of ownership, impact, and delivering production systemsPreferred SkillsExperience with React, GraphQL, and Ruby on RailsExposure to cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or security-focused productsFamiliarity with AI/ML-enabled systems or cybersecurity platformsExperience contributing to or leading technical projects end-to-end
