Oncology Medical Director in Eastern North Carolina! A Board Certified Hematology-Oncology, fellowship-trained Oncologist is needed to fill a medical directorship position for the inpatient and outpatient units for a premier cancer center in eastern North Carolina. This hospital system is known for its premier oncologists utilizing technology that is ahead of the curve. The cancer center is currently working on a major expansion that will be finished in 2018. The center utilizes full multi-disciplinary disease teams to treat patients. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a clinical provider, desire to do 50/50 clinical and administrative work, training new staff, ensure continuity of care across the service line, provide accountability for optimal care, and assure quality treatment at the center.
