Full Time APPLICATION SUPPORT Cincinnati Office – located in Blue Ash OH This position works directly with the technical team and the customers. This person will do testing of new programs or updates and fixes. Documentation of new processes Work with the customer to address needs and request. Test what the customer is reporting or requesting. Relay the details in the ticket and work with programmers and technical staff. Once the technical personnel deliver a response the Application Support person, will test to completion than deliver to the client. They will train or assist the client with the updates.
