Operations Agent

As an Operations Agent at Blk Out Logistics, you’ll be the key connection between our carriers and valued customers. You’ll ensure seamless communication, efficient operations, and exceptional customer service by coordinating between departments, customers, and carriers. Your focus on accurate data and process management will keep our operations running smoothly from setup to execution. Job Requirements 2+ years of freight dispatching or Cartage Operations experience preferred Excellent communication, problemsolving, and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a highpressure environment Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to direct, lead, and motivate a team of drivers Must be a strong team player Selfmotivated and able to work with minimal supervision Excellent work ethic and attendance Work Schedule Monday Friday Rotating Weekend on Call About Blk Out Logistics Blk Out Logistics is a growing cartage and warehousing provider with terminals in Chicago and Detroit, specializing in local time sensitive freight.
