QualificationThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: • Candidates must possess either a high school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience, or a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of job-related experience. • Certificate of Ticketing and Reservations. • ATA Amadeus Certificate is an added advantage. • Working experience in an airline or customer related position. • Computer knowledge. • Fair knowledge of world Geography. • Excellent English language communication skills spoken and written. • Thorough knowledge of fare construction and ticketing. • Ability to work independently as well as function as a team. • Numeric skills. You must have the current right to live and work in the United States.
