This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combines strategic thinking with flawless execution, and is passionate about building a global beauty brand.Position SummaryThe Brand Manager will play a critical role in accelerating Lanolips' growth across North America, with primary responsibility for retail marketing, merchandising, and retailer activation. Reporting to the Vice President of North America, this individual will partner closely with retail accounts, agencies, and internal teams to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales performance across key channels.This role requires a highly entrepreneurial marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable developing strategic initiatives and executing them with excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, understands the retail landscape, and is energized by building brands in partnership with leading retailers.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Marketing & Merchandising (Primary Responsibility)Own Retail Marketing and Retailer SuccessLead the development and execution of retail marketing strategies that drive awareness, conversion, and sales growth across key retail partners Partner closely with retailers to execute impactful merchandising programs, seasonal campaigns, promotional events, sampling initiatives, and in-store activations Develop retailer-specific marketing plans designed to increase sell-through, productivity, and brand visibility Drive best-in-class retail execution across fixtures, endcaps, displays, educational programs, and shopper marketing initiatives Manage retail launch calendars, presentations, marketing assets, and promotional planning Develop engaging retailer training programs and educational tools to increase associate advocacy and product knowledge Execute sampling, discovery, GWP, and trial-driving initiatives that support customer acquisition and conversion Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to optimize sales, distribution, and marketing effectiveness Brand & MarketingSupport the development and execution of integrated annual marketing plans across North America Collaborate cross-functionally to bring brand campaigns to life across PR, influencer, social, retail, partnerships, sampling, and paid media channels Coordinate campaign execution from briefing through launch, ensuring flawless delivery across all touchpoints Manage agency relationships and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and performance Analyze campaign effectiveness and translate insights into actionable recommendations Support product launches, seasonal initiatives, and ongoing brand storytelling efforts QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 5+ years of brand management, retail marketing, or consumer marketing experience, preferably within beauty, skincare, or prestige consumer brands Demonstrated passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and emerging consumer trends Strong experience working with national retail partners, including beauty, specialty, mass, drug, grocery, or big-box channels Proven experience developing and executing retail marketing and brand-building initiatives that drive measurable business results Strong understanding of influencer marketing, PR, social media, retail media, and digital marketing Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders Highly organized with exceptional project management and prioritization skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data and identify growth opportunities Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, lean environment What Success Looks LikeDelivers best-in-class retail marketing programs that increase awareness, conversion, and sales productivity Builds strong, trusted relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders Executes impactful product launches, merchandising programs, and seasonal activations on time and within budget Identifies innovative opportunities to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth Serves as a passionate steward of the Lanolips brand across all consumer touchpoints Contributes meaningfully to the continued growth and expansion of Lanolips across North America
