2nd Shift Production SupervisorWe are seeking a production supervisor for the day shift running Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.Duties and Responsibilities:Supervision of hourly employees and scheduling of laborEnsures safety, quality, housekeeping, and production activities and objectives are being met.Ensures that all equipment and material necessary to perform the job effectively and safely are in place.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality, production, safety, cost control, and employee relations.Any additional reasonable request deemed necessary by managementQualifications:A strong plant operations and supervisory background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and/or 3-5 years of related experience is required.
