That's why we're always looking ahead, and not just to the next project or what's next in our industry.Currently hiring Millwright Foreman for our Bison Project in Ray, North Dakota :The roles and responsibilities of a Millwright may include but are not limited to the following items: Strong working knowledge of and experience working with rotating equipment. Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Prepares layout, using rule, framing square, and calipers. Ensure proper permits have been obtained and can read & understand all permits. Prioritize tasks according to job schedule and work sequence. Coordinate work with other crafts, co-workers and other contractors on the job. Must be willing to provide guidance and on the job training and mentoring to other crafts. Delegating individual responsibilities and tasks to crew members and others as needed. Progress work packages daily. Upon completion, walkdown work package to verify completion. Conduct regular inspections of workmanship quality as well as ensure installation is per specification. Conduct daily safety meetings with craft employees addressing specific work areas and following change in conditions stressing compliance with company and regulatory safety procedures.Must pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testMust have either Osha 10, Osha 30, or Safety EssentialMust have industrial experience PCL is an innovative, safety-oriented company comprised of people who find passion in their profession and take pride in doing great work everyday.
