Account Representative

Job description StarPoint Commercial Asset Recovery is a nationwide forwarding company, specializing in the repossession of commercial equipment. We are looking for an Account Representative to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients and repossession agents. Responsibilities Serve as the lead point of contact within your portfolio Deal with a high volume of calls and emails each day, including after hours Locate equipment via GPS and skip-tracing tools Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client and agent relationships Provide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention Ensure the timely and successful recovery of collateral to meet with our client's demands and assist with challenging client requests Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs Comply with all company, state, and federal laws Skills Proven ability to multitask multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening and negotiation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfortability on the phone Good working memory, with the ability to remember details about each account you manage Self-motivated team player Benefits Salaried position with no commission cap Paid weekly with bonuses Yearly Raises Platinum Health Coverage, including Dental and Vision 401(k) 401(k) matching Please note that all potential employees are subject to a background check and drug test for this position Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
