Role Description We are seeking experienced Prefab Steel Building Erectors for a full-time, on-site position based in San Tan Valley, AZ. This role involves erecting and assembling prefabricated steel buildings, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, operating heavy equipment, ensuring structural stability, and adhering to safety protocols. Daily tasks include steel construction, material handling, and collaborating with a team to meet project deadlines efficiently and to high quality standards. Qualifications Experience with steel building erection, structural assembly, and prefabricated systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specificationsProficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment, such as cranes and forkliftsKnowledge and adherence to construction site safety protocols and OSHA standardsStrong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skillsPhysical fitness and ability to perform demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working at heightsPrevious experience in commercial or industrial steel construction is a plusRelevant certifications, such as a forklift or crane operation license, are advantageous
