Customer Service Advisor
Role Description • Serves as a support role to the current Customer Logistics Analysts and SMR Planners in the Customer Logistics department. Role Responsibilities • Manage order revisions/swaps due to Allocation Blocks, Changes, etc. • Direct Import revisions for Don Julio orders • Clearing EDI IDOC failures • Tracking and communicating product allocation changes/requests • Tracking shipments of allocated items • Centralize order communication changes to the Customer Logistics Analysts. • Managing Casamigos order changes with the Casamigos team (i.e. Jason) • Centralizing report running for the CLAs • Following up on barrel orders • Special orders, data/item set ups, monthly reconciliations with Budapest, weekly reporting (Control specific) Requirements • 2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain planning or logistics roles within the beverage alcohol industry or a fast-paced CPG company • Associates or bachelor's degree • Experience in order management systems (SAP preferred) • Solid capabilities in MS Office Applications - particularly Excel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and interface with internal and external customers across various levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations • Proven analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills • Detail oriented • Ability to multi-task
