Job Title : Quality Assurance Representative – Air Traffic Control Systems Duration : 6 - 12 Months and Possible Extension Work Location : 3025 Gaithersburg, MD Pay Range : $65- $75/ hr on W2 without benefits. 90% travel readiness (field-based role) Job Overview: Quality Assurance Representative responsible for supporting installation, verification, and testing of air traffic control systems at airport sites. This role requires extensive travel and ensures all equipment, processes, and deliverables meet regulatory and contractual quality standards. Responsibilities:Travel to sites to oversee equipment delivery, installation, and setupValidate installations meet QA standards and contract requirementsConduct pre-test inspections and QA checksCoordinate with site representatives for approval and sign-offIdentify defects, document findings, and drive corrective actionsSupport system upgrades and ongoing QA activitiesMaintain accurate QA records and reports Required Skills:90% travel readiness (field-based role)Experience with government systems and QA processesStrong communication and documentation skillsHigh attention to detail and process complianceAbility to interpret and follow contract requirementsAssociate degree (2-year) + 5+ years relevant experienceEngineering or technical backgroundExperience in aviation, FAA, or regulated environmentsField installation or systems testing experienceAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
