Job DescriptionLead the activities associated with creating the project plan, running the PMO, and gathering client requirements.Assess the impact of those requirements on the wider transformation.Improve ongoing techniques associated with delivering transformations.Support and share knowledge with project teams.Manage the requirement-to-development activity.Stay on top of changes in the Contract Management industry and bring thought leadership to continuous improvement opportunities.Priority Skill: Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).Basic QualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience with Icertis or equivalent CLM implementations, business analytics and change management.Minimum of 5 years of experience working within or supporting clients in the Financial Services, Retail, High Tech, Health, Industrial, Communications or Telecoms sectors.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.Preferred QualificationsIcertis certification.At least 5 years of experience in consulting services.Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience leading the activities associated with creating the project plan, running the PMO and gathering client requirements and translating them to technical specs.Minimum of 3 years managing requirement-to-data migration setup and delivery.Proficiency in contract management.Experience working with core project platforms such as Jira.Experience with technology vendors in the contract management area such as Icertis, Ariba, Coupa or Conga.Advanced degree such as MBA, JD, or equivalent.BenefitsCompensation and benefits include a market-competitive salary range based on location, a comprehensive package including generous paid time off, an employee health care plan, a competitive 401(k) program with bonus opportunities, paid holidays, and paid time off.
