Role Description This is a full-time on-site Financial Accountant role located in Meadowbrook, CA. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing budgets, conducting financial analyses, and overseeing compliance with accounting standards and company policies. They will handle tasks such as maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and preparing tax returns. The role also involves contributing to financial strategy discussions and supporting audits to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. Qualifications Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysisProficiency in accounting principles, financial compliance, and reconciliation processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in accounting software and financial toolsExcellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills for financial reporting and collaborationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA qualification or equivalent is highly desirableExperience in multinational or life sciences industries is a plus
