alignment, implementation coordination, and end-to-end project support.2) Role OverviewWe are recruiting a Project Engineer – IT Infrastructure Implementation for IT and digital infrastructure projects across East Africa.This is a part-time, project-based role focused on the full-process implementation and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including installation coordination, implementation support, site supervision, progress tracking, and overall project control.The Project Engineer will work closely with SolutionMall teams, customers, contractors, and local partners to ensure that projects are properly installed, implemented, coordinated, and delivered according to technical requirements, schedules, and site conditions.This role is particularly suitable for candidates with practical experience in project installation, implementation management, on-site coordination, and end-to-end project execution in IT, server room, network, IDC, or related infrastructure fields.3) Key ResponsibilitiesProject Installation & Implementation SupportSupport project installation, implementation, and on-site execution for IT and infrastructure-related projectsCoordinate site activities to ensure installation work is carried out according to project requirements and technical plansAssist in supervising implementation quality, installation progress, and coordination between relevant partiesHelp ensure that equipment installation, system setup, and implementation steps are completed properly and efficientlyFull-Process Project CoordinationFollow the full project lifecycle from early implementation preparation to final delivery supportCoordinate between customers, local installers, contractors, suppliers, and SolutionMall teams during project executionSupport project scheduling, milestone tracking, implementation planning, and issue follow-upAssist in maintaining overall project visibility and execution control throughout the project processSite Coordination & Execution ControlSupport on-site coordination when requiredTrack site conditions, manpower readiness, installation progress, and project execution risksIdentify and report following areas:IT infrastructure project implementationProject installation and executionServer room / network / data center related projectsSite coordination or project engineeringTechnical project supportPractical experience in:installation coordinationimplementation follow-upon-site project executionprogress tracking and project controlAbility to coordinate project execution across customers, contractors, and technical teamsAbility to understand project requirements, site issues, and implementation workflowsGood communication and coordination skillsWorking proficiency in EnglishPreferred ExperienceExperience in IT infrastructure, network systems, server room systems, or IDC-related projectsExperience in installation supervision, implementation control, or site project
