You demonstrate tenacity and willingness to go the distance to build strong relationship with a new and current patients (or lost patients)Attention to detail: You do not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.Proactivity: You act without being told what to do, and bring new ideas to the company.Verbal Skills: You are able to ask great questions that will allow us to find out how we can best help and support our patients.Intelligence: You learn quickly. You demonstrate an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information. We have grown from zero patients to fully booked in just 2 years.We are not your typical chiropractic practice, running from treatment room to treatment room with 2 minute appointments. We schedule 1 hour with each patient giving us time to do manual therapy, rehab, and strength training. We do this because we believe this is THE model for true patient-centered care.We have close relationships with gyms as coaches and trainers are our #1 referral source (and also our patients).We believe in mentorship and education and provide an immense amount of training, teaching, and coaching. We want great people first, and great employees second.Our patient population is very specific: active adults and athletes.
