What we are looking for: Partner Forces is seeking a looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a new Department of Homeland Security federal contract with Partner Forces. This role requires a seasoned leader who excels at contract management, stakeholder engagement, and building client relationships. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our team and our clients by driving strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will not only manage the contract but also mentor team members, embody our core values, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues alike. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding your team through complex challenges and driving impactful outcomes that align with our mission and values. What you will do as a Program Manager: Oversee all aspects of the federal contract, ensuring compliance, quality delivery, and alignment with client objectives. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure contract success, address risks proactively, and drive continuous improvement in project outcomes. Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful contract execution, aligning program goals with client objectives and organizational mission. Manage contract budgets, ensuring that all financial goals are met while maintaining compliance with federal regulations and maximizing value for the client. Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program stability and continuity, addressing challenges swiftly and effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including federal clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring open communication and alignment on project goals and priorities. Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term relationships with clients by consistently demonstrating value, reliability, and strategic insight. Lead by example, mentoring team members, promoting professional growth, and developing talent. Encourage a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement. Challenge and seek understanding if something does not make sense to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. Contribute to client development activities and internal corporate initiatives. Qualifications: US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens) Ability to obtain and maintain DHS HQ suitability required; current preferred. BA/BS degree required. PMP would be nice. DHS and/or government experience preferred. At least 7 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in program or project management, particularly within federal contracting. Strong understanding of contract management, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship building. Strong leadership presence with a proven track record of driving consensus both internally and with external partners. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced team environment. Passionate for building strong cross-functional teams, coaching and mentoring members to deliver results and effectively structure large initiatives.
