The Position: The Sr. Integration Developer/Analyst, reporting to the Director, IT Integration & Infrastructure, is responsible for development of Integration related mapping, objects, and related processes. The Sr. Integration Developer/Analyst will also support day to day Production support escalations for Managed EDI and other related Integration services as required. This shift works 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. The compensation range for this position is $95K-$105K, depending on experience. Your Day-to-Day: Participate as required in all aspects of Integration development, documentation, support, steady state operations and maintenance. Lead and Participate in integration solution design and discovery exercises with internal and external customers. Serve as Integration Lead on Customer Account Teams by maintaining a long-term persistent presence and solution familiarity for key customer accounts as assigned. As the subject matter expect, will support the organization in the following areas: Integration Methodologies, including but not limited to, EDI (X12 and EDIFACT), Flat File (CSV, EXCEL, FIXED, JSON, XML), Web Services (REST or SOAP) Communication & related Authentication Methodologies, including but not limited to, FTP, SFTP, AS2, EDI VAN, SOAP, REST, and OAUTH. CLEO Clarify/Harmony, and closely related systems & tools. SalesForce, QA Touch, TeamWork, and closely related case/issue management systems & tools. Participate in ongoing configuration changes in Synapse and related systems to support changing customer requirements. Resolve issues in a timely, accurate, and customer service focused manner – ensuring issue is properly documented in appropriate IT Service Desk Tools Is the Operational Subject Matter Expert of Integration & related Communications - working hand in hand with both Operations and Information Technology. Works in conjunction with Information Technology management to manage systemic improvements as they occur. Develop and maintain proper documentation of Integration configuration and changes Participate in other IT and IT Support projects as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Occasional travel to Team Offsite Meetings, Customer Meetings, and Vendor events as needed. What You'll Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or similar subject area. Equivalent combination of work experience and technical training will be considered 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in an Integration, EDI, or similar technical production or application development role. Relevant experience in a logistics setting is preferred. Direct experience with multi-client, multi-trading partner integration, preferably with a Tier 1 integration platform. EXTOL EBI/CLEO Clarify experience, ALTOVA MapForce experience and/or NetSuite experience preferred. Direct experience supporting a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) package, or a Tier 1 ERP system with an advanced WMS module. Direct experience in a multi-client 3PL or in an industry with a strongly regulated or complex supply chain (Retail, Grocery, Medical, Automotive, etc.) Strong hands-on knowledge of supporting Supply Chain technologies & standards including UPC/GTINs, GS1/UCC128 Labeling, VICS Bills of Lading Proficient in all Microsoft business applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of electronic interfacing methods (EDI, XML, JSON, Flat File, etc.) and related transport methods (EDI VAN, AS2, FTP, etc.) preferred. Strong SQL Skills, Oracle Platform Preferred Knowledge Visual Basic &/or VB.NET &/or Java preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and both verbal and written communication skills with ability to work well under pressure and problem solve across a variety of business processes. Strong analytical skills with an ability to present views in a convincing, creative, clear, and impactful manner. Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines. Strong emphasis on organizational skills and attention to detail.
