Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you’ll make an impact in this rolePlan, track, and evaluate capital construction projects from design to completion, directly managing budgets, bids, schedules, and financial reporting (including earned value and burn rates).Establish and implement standardized national policies and procedures for construction project management to ensure operational consistency.Define project roles, estimate resources, and collaborate with hospital staff, contractors, architects, and engineers to align timelines and expectations.Enforce strict healthcare facility safety measures across all renovation and construction projects, overseeing work quality and warranty responses.Monitor and communicate key metrics—including risks, milestones, slippage, and project percent complete—to ensure alignment with customer expectations.What Minimum Requirements You’ll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:Required Credential(s)Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Preferred Credential(s)Licensed Construction Professional. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).Project Mgmt Professional.
