(Yes... it happens all the time) If you are energetic, team oriented and love a challenge apply with Waste Pro and be the Distinguishable Difference!Waste Pro roll-off drivers are responsible for the delivery and emptying of large containers for Waste Pro's commercial customers.Essential job functions include securing containers by attaching hooks to containers, providing a distinguishably different level of service through courteous and expeditious customer service, operating compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle, performing daily pre and post trip inspections, and maintaining a clean truck.Qualifications include having a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works, a clean driving record, being at least 21 years of age or older, understanding refuse collection policies, procedures, guidelines and practices, and being able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, dispatch and supervisors.Other job responsibilities include attending and participating in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned, keeping up to date on current technology, and any additional job duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.Special considerations/physical work requirements include being physically able to push, pull, lift, get up and down from the cab of a commercial motor vehicle, bend, reach overhead, climb, and work in extreme weather conditions.Work environment includes a variety of environment conditions, including wide temperature and weather variations including heat, cold, snow, rain, wind; noise and vibrations, fumes, odors and dust.
