This role is not tied to a single area - senior/staff engineers at Maxima help solve our most important and complex problems. Notable challenges include:Building our agentic systems that power real-world enterprise accounting automationScaling our platform to support large and growing enterprise workloadsArchitecting a durable and scalable financial data processing layerBuilding the infrastructure that powers our agentic systemsSolving intricate accounting workflows through clean and robust abstractionsYou’ll own major product and engineering areas and get to work closely with customers.
