The successful candidate will be tasked with driving operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term growth while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This executive role involves providing strategic and operational leadership, overseeing project execution, financial performance, talent development, and market expansion. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, owning P&L performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and building and retaining high-performing leadership teams.Applicants for the Executive Vice President position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction. The role requires a proven track record in leading large teams and multi-million dollar project portfolios, as well as a deep understanding of electrical contracting operations and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, and be comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on operational levels. An electrical license and/or relevant certifications are preferred.
