The Position
We are looking for Receptionist who is well organized and reliable with a wide variety of abilities that complements ISC's culture of integrity for our Corporate Office in Baton Rouge. The ideal candidate for this position must be of strong character with demonstrated proficiency operating in a professional environment.
Required Qualifications
Greet and welcome visitors
Ability to work well with all levels of internal executive management and staff, as well as outside customers and vendors
Carry out various assigned tasks requiring knowledge of office protocol and demonstrates an understanding of the organization, programs and procedures related to the work of the office.
Answer requests, questions, and employment inquiries, both in person and on the telephone, in a friendly and professional manner
Assure positive associate relations
Perform other administrative functions as assigned

Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Must have the ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the understanding of meeting deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
