If you're committed to behavioral health, enjoy mentoring others, and thrive in dynamic settings, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:Implement and support Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) customized to each child's unique needsCoach, train, and model positive behavioral techniques to staffCollect, manage, and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment plansAssist with conducting functional assessments and updating individualized plansRespond confidently to behavioral crises and support safety interventionsCoordinate clinics, manage schedules, and maintain accurate documentationRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience working with individuals with special needsKnowledge of ABA, Positive Behavior Supports, or Trauma-Informed Care is a plusRBT certification is preferredValid driver’s license and dependable transportationCertifications in CPR, First Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (required within 3 months of hire)Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience coordinating treatment clinics and schedulesFamiliarity with behavior analysis software and data collection toolsStaff mentorship or coaching experiencePreferred Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fieldPrior experience in behavioral health, developmental support, or special needs programsOther Requirements:Willingness to travel locally between clinicsAvailability to work some weekends and holidays as scheduledWhy Join Us?Competitive hourly pay between $24 and $25Full-time hours with consistent weekly schedulesOpportunities for professional growth and certificationsSupportive team environment dedicated to making a lasting differenceContribute to a mission-driven organization that cares deeply about children’s futuresTake the next step in your career—apply today and help create brighter futures for the children you serve!
