We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer / Conversational AI EngineerLocation: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – Tue–Thu Onsite | Mon & Fri Remote)Duration: 6+ MonthsWork Authorization: USC & GC Candidates OnlyAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Full Stack Developer / Conversational AI Engineer to build a next-generation Conversational AI platform that delivers accurate, context-aware responses across digital channels.This role is ideal for someone passionate about chatbots, NLP, and AI-driven user experiences, with hands-on expertise in IBM WatsonX Orchestrate or similar technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop end-to-end conversational AI solutions (chatbots & voice)Architect and optimize AI-driven conversational flowsIntegrate with APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systemsCollaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teamsEnhance AI models using NLP, ML, and Speech-to-Text tuningTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across channelsParticipate in Agile/SAFe delivery cyclesRequired QualificationsStrong understanding of data architecture & lifecycle managementExperience working on enterprise-scale applicationsAbility to break down user stories into technical tasksExcellent communication and cross-team collaboration skillsExperience with SAFe Agile methodologyTechnical Skills Required5+ years: Full Stack Development (Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)3+ years: Conversational AI tools (IBM WatsonX, Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai, etc.)Experience with intent training & NLP best practicesStrong debugging & optimization experienceTesting experience: Selenium, JUnitHands-on with Microservices & OpenShiftTools: Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, SplunkCloud: AWS / Azure / GCPIf interested, please share your updated resume akshay@wiseskulls.com
