Concierge

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to serve as the face of our shopping center. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing information, assistance, and personalized service to all visitors. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner Provide directions, mall directories, and information on stores, events, and promotions Assist with guest services such as gift card sales, stroller/wheelchair rentals, and lost & found Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions within the center Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked concierge desk Coordinate with security and management as needed to ensure a safe environment Track and report guest interactions and feedback Qualifications 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
