Join us in our mission!The Opportunity AliveCor is looking for a talented product manager to own and shape our digital health services product portfolio for consumers and patients. In this role, you will be responsible for holistically defining how our users understand their heart health risk factors, while providing the tools, resources, education, coaching, and provider services to empower action to prevent heart disease and manage chronic conditions. As a product manager, you'll use your strategic, analytical, and technical skills to drive the product lifecycle from strategy, to planning, to execution. You'll use data and leverage market research to identify and test strategies that advance product-market fit and growth, and work with a tight-knit cross-functional team to deliver results.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Drive the full product lifecycle for your key projects, from research, design, specification, metrics definition, development, launch, and beyondOwn the core growth metrics (including attach and activation rate)Set-up and run A/B testing including designing, prioritizing, and executing on a continuous roadmap of A/B tests across the onboarding and activation flowsCollaborate with marketing and finance to design, execute, and evaluate tests on pricing and promotions to optimize subscription metricsEnsure that learnings are implemented globally and monitor globalSupport the goals of the broader product team with contributions on consumer strategy, research, analytics, and executionPrepare and deliver presentations on your findings and insights to internal stakeholdersWork closely with Design, User Research, Engineering, Data Science, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ship productsBe the company's 'go to' expert and internal evangelist in your product areaBe a strong leader who facilitates collaboration. Demonstrate the ability to continually refine the team's processes while empowering team members to feel heard and respectedQualifications and Skills:4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on Growth, Activation, or MonetizationExcellent project management and communication skillsHigh degree of user empathy and ability to balance advocacy for the user while advancing the needs of the businessProven track record of defining, running, and analyzing complex A/B tests using MixPanelDeep proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Google Analytics) and the ability to not only query but also define and set-up flows within those toolsStrong understanding of user psychology, conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, and SaaS business modelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and technical requirements to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong business sense, intellectual curiosity, and desire to become a subject matter expert in a complex ecosystemExperience in the Healthcare sector is a plus
