Job Title: Office Manager Duration: 6 month contract Compensation: $23/hr Job Description: Act as the face of the office for callers, clients, and guestsRegularly distribute the mail and handle all office shipping and receivingProvide administrative support to senior leadership in local office and other colleagues as neededPrepare and review expense reports, book travel, and assist with meeting preparation and break downPlan, order and oversee lunches and other weekly office eventsServe as the local culture champion by leading the culture team, managing the budget, organizing and executing eventsAssist with a variety of HR related functions including providing office tours, workstation set up and facilitating introductions for new employeesEnsure the office is fully stocked with supplies, snacks, coffee and other beveragesMaintain office design, furniture inventory, and appearance to create the best environment for employees and visiting clientsManage local building management relationships and ensuring facilities are clean, in good working order, and up to codeOther responsibilities as assignedRequired Skills & Experience:Agency and/or client-side experience requiredDemonstrated knowledge of the advertising industry and trendsFamiliarity with internal marketing systems and/or advertising agencies a plusECCO Select is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
