Technical Program Manager, Architectural Elements

Overview As Technical Program Manager in our AE Group, you will shape hardware-enabled robotics projects from discovery to deployment. You’ll implement and refine processes that accelerate hardware and software delivery, aligning internal teams and external vendors. You’ll ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes while navigating a fast-paced startup environment. This role sits at the intersection of hardware design and system integration, delivering new devices and platforms that power Dexterity’s robotic solutions. You’ll collaborate across supply chain, product, and engineering to keep the hardware design pipeline flowing smoothly.
