Customer Service Representative

Customer Service and Call Center LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near South Scottsdale who is looking for a customer service/call center representative to join their team. This role is fully onsite, but offers a flexible start time between 6am-8am. The hourly rate is up to $22/hr.This is a fully onsite role supporting a high-volume inbound call environment, where you will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and deliver an exceptional service experience. While the role is primarily phone-based, some written communication via email will also be required.Key Responsibilities:Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient mannerProvide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfactionDocument all customer interactions in the system with a high level of detail and accuracyRespond to customer inquiries via email as neededTroubleshoot and de-escalate customer concerns with a solution-oriented approachMaintain knowledge of company products, services, and policiesMeet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and attendanceQualifications:Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with strong data entry accuracyProfessional demeanor with strong problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environmentReliable attendance and punctualityIf you are interested, please apply now!Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hourSearch managed by: Cassandra NienowBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
