Responsible for removal of garbage. Sweep and mop floors. Clean BIO's in kitchen and back of the house areas. Maintain working knowledge and general cleaning of dish machine, and de-liming process. Operate buffer and vacuum machines. Must be able to use a ladder and or step stool. Clean walls, ceilings, hoods, light, and vent covers. Clean elevator. Dismantle and clean stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, and steamers on a daily basis Work as a kitchen worker when needed. Clean all stainless steel tables and shelves. Drain and refill deep fryer tanks if needed. Perform other job related duties as requested. Qualifications: At least one year experience as a kitchen worker required. Must be able to communicate effectively in English Excellent organizational skills a must Must be detail oriented Must be able to be exposed to hot water, cleaning chemicals and kitchen detergents Professional appearance and demeanor a must Must be able to work any shift.
