At dnata, we are looking for passionate individuals to join us, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional catering services to our airline partners and their passengers.

Responsibilities Include:
Account Manager:
Follow up with the proper department to ensure all open issues are resolved.
Ensure that the day-to-day operation is on schedule, using the proper and most updated documentation.
Liaise with the local customer station team and follow up on all local operational related issues.
Maintain an on-going proactive relationship with assigned accounts and maintaining a dialog with assigned representatives.
Ensure equipment inventories are taken and communicated to appropriate personnel on time according to the customer schedules.
Support the Executive Chef in coordinating menu presentations and any special presentations. Ensure appropriate unit key personnel are invited to attend.
Support the Production department with all airline cycle changes. This includes holding menu meetings, coordinating purchases with the buyer, and ensuring that cycle changes are transparent.
Monitor and ensure that loading and billing of the customer is accurate.
Coordinate and participate in all kitchen evaluations; distribute evaluation feedback to department managers and ensure appropriate response is provided in a timely, detailed manner.
Communicate daily with department managers regarding operational issues and attend daily operations briefing.
Document and maintain a daily customer discrepancy log; communicate information to respective department managers; monitor follow-up on action plans to ensure customer satisfaction; follow-up with the customer to communicate actions taken to resolve issues.
Monitor and ensure compliance with customer safety and equipment policies/procedures!

Continued Improvement Specialist:
Responsible for analyzing material and information flow for the operations unit to identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, material consumption, other operation expenses, quality, safety, and space utilization.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Plans and guides Unit management in productivity, material, waste, safety, and quality improvement initiatives; analyzes material and information flows; explore opportunities in productivity, material consumption, other operation expenses, and space utilization; quantifies the effects of improved processes, workflows and fore mentioned opportunities.
Support and drives continuous process improvements utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles to maximize departmental efficiencies, minimize waste and improve safety.
Communicate with unit management and leadership team on implementation of changes.
Secure relevance and availability of Production System Road maps and blueprints
Perform diagnostics on significant cost drivers, including material, labor, and OpenX.
Make documented proposals for improvements and syndicates with unit management on the implementation of changes; responsible for supporting management and associates in the overall change process.
Actively practices change management and actively participates in the Unit’s performance management system and dialogue; presents progress and plans to company executives; liaises with corporate and area Continuous Improvement resources
Propose and keeps up with company Best Practices and benchmark initiatives.
Coach other Continuous Improvement staff and leads training and presentation sessions.
Train and builds capability in all levels of the plant regarding Lean Manufacturing
Work on all related training materials and works with other team members to identify improvements, additions, corrections, or clarifications to the training material provided.
Work with Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques, such as 8 Waste (Muda), Just in Time (takt-flow-pull), Value Stream Mapping, Kanban system, Problem Solving, FIFO, and 5s workplace organization, including layout changes when necessary.
Specialty Cook:
Experience in producing high-volume, high-quality food from menus.
Must have experience with various cooking duties – (grilling, preparing sauces, etc.)
Operating a traditional [Indian] cooking such items as meat and breads
Preparing [Indian] curries, sauces, and desserts as per standard and style set by the Head Chef(s)
Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills, burners/pans, and other cooking equipment
Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of traditional [Indian] cuisine including desserts.
Ensure the correct preparation and presentation standard of the dishes is always maintained.
Demonstrating tandoor techniques and cooking procedures to other staff if require
Storing food in temperature-controlled freezers
Checking on food supplies and advising the supervisor of any requirements
Knowledge of HACCP/GMP is a plus, must comply with proper food handling policies and procedures.
Fleet & Facilities Manager:
As a Facilities and Fleet Manager for dnata catering, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the facilities and fleet operations. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities, including kitchens, storage areas, and administrative spaces, to create a safe and efficient working environment. Additionally, you'll oversee maintaining and optimizing our fleet of vehicles, including trucks and vans, to guarantee timely and reliable delivery of catering services to our clients. Your creative problem-solving skills will come into play as you identify and implement cost-effective maintenance and repair solutions, while adhering to industry regulations and company standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll develop and execute strategic plans to enhance facility operations, improve productivity, and promote sustainability initiatives. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will contribute to fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the well-being of our employees. The Facilities and Fleet Manager, will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency and effectiveness of dnata catering's facilities and fleet, supporting the overall success of our aviation catering services.
Purchasing Coordinator:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the purchase of key ingredients.
Prepare, monitor approvals, submit, and expedite purchase orders.
Implement necessary systems and procedures to ensure effective product cost control.
Review and replenish inventory of uniforms, PPE, pantry items, and operational supplies.
Schedule deliveries for stock items.
Monitor and control cost to insure the budgeted food costs are met.
Collaborate with suppliers on delivery of key products.
Ensure receiving transactions are recorded in soft systems promptly.
Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
Support the 3-way matching process in coordination with stakeholders and Accounts Payable.
Continuously monitor the status of main vendor accounts.
Maintain accurate and easily accessible files.
Provide advice on scheduling, inventory planning and control, based on data analysis.
Perform specialized administrative support functions.
Ensure compliance with local and national regulatory requirements and dnata policies.
