This position supports climbers and equipment operators by maintaining safe and efficient job sites during tree trimming, pruning, and removal projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist tree climbers and crew leaders during tree work operationsDrag, stack, and load brush, logs, and debrisOperate wood chippers, chainsaws, blowers, and other equipment safelyMaintain clean and organized work areasSet up cones, signs, ropes, and safety equipmentFuel, clean, and maintain tools and machineryAssist with rigging and lowering operationsFollow all company safety procedures and OSHA standardsCommunicate effectively with crew members and customers when neededQualificationsAbility to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditionsAbility to lift 50+ pounds repeatedlyReliable transportation and punctual attendanceStrong work ethic and willingness to learnValid driver's licenseCDL is a plusPrevious tree service, landscaping, or construction experience preferred but not requiredSkillsTeam-player attitudeSafety awarenessAbility to follow directionsBasic equipment operation knowledgeDependability and professionalismWork EnvironmentThis role involves outdoor labor, heavy lifting, equipment operation, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
