This role has ownership of executing the successful Pricing of our Fleet Network. Main accountabilities will be owning the process from RFI, RFP and bid submission and any follow up required, for all service offerings. Continual analysis of performance compared to the market and implementing price adjustments as the market dictates. The Pricing Manager will collaborate frequently with the Business Development Team to review new opportunities and ensure existing business is meeting financial expectations.Pricing Manager Responsibilities & Tasks:Understanding all pricing programs and ensuring their accurate, consistent implementationDesigning and performing timely price analysisTroubleshooting pricing anomalies and inconsistenciesConducting financial analysis to assess the impact of pricing changesCollaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectivesPreparing analysis for discretionarily-priced customers and analysis of current contract customers to suggest pricing strategiesTraining and supporting Sales teams on pricing policies and strategiesMaintaining current knowledge of relevant pricing procedures and practicesEnsuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to pricingConfirming pricing is within thresholds set by KSM, DAT and other industry benchmarksManaging pricing communication and implementation of new price changes by ensuring legal documents are updated to reflect new price changesPreparing comprehensive reports on pricing strategies and performance metricsAnticipating potential pricing evolutions in the market leveraging Market Insight analysis and industry benchmarksOther duties as assignedPricing Manager Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management and/or FinanceThree years’ minimum experience in a directly related position.
