Job Description:   Looking for Senior Mobile Systems Engineer with client-server experiencesKey Skills/Responsibilities:Proficient in Kotlin or Swift, async programmingDesign and implement software systems spanning wearable devices, IOS/Android mobile applications, and distributed backend servicesStrong understanding of memory management, resource ownership, race conditions and deadlock preventionsDebug race conditions, thread-safety issues, and complex concurrency issuesOptimize CPU, memory, latency and system reliabilitiesVerbal and written comms skillsMust-have skills:Mobile - Experience building mobile products in Kotlin/Swift with distributed backendsConcurrency & Async - Experience in multithreaded, event-driven systemsSystem Engineering - Architecture design, performance optimization, system reliability improvementsNice-to-have skills:Wearables - Experience building wearable products (glasses, watches, MR headsets, etc)C++/Rust: Proficient system programing in either programming languageAI/ML Engineering - LLM prompt tuning, evaluation, tool calling, and agent workflowsYears of experience:10 plus years7 plus with NTH skills, open to consideringImmediate Disqualifiers:If candidates DON’T have necessary skills; NO solid programming background, and software engineering background.Pay Range: $80- $90 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
