Manage prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care for patients. Participate in clinic-based care with integrated delivery coverage based on individual comfort level. Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to co-manage patient care. Support a high-volume practice environment with approximately 600–650 deliveries annually. Contribute to patient care using EPIC EMR, including documentation and workflow management. Utilize telehealth tools, including video visits and remote patient monitoring (e.g., glucose and blood pressure). Participate in weekly grand rounds and ongoing clinical education initiatives. Support mentorship and training of new graduates and less experienced staff. Assist with team development efforts, including hiring and onboarding support as needed. Promote patient safety in coordination with perinatal safety leadership. Maintain compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
