Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Pilot based in Yukon, OK. The Chief Pilot will oversee flight operations, ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, and maintain pilot training and certification programs. Responsibilities include supervising pilots, coordinating flight schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for aviation safety matters. Additionally, the Chief Pilot will mentor flight crew members and foster a culture of professionalism and safety. Qualifications Strong piloting skills, including experience in flight operations, flight planning, and flight safetyProficiency in aviation regulations, compliance standards, and air navigation systemsLeadership and management skills, with experience in training, mentoring, and supervising pilotsAttention to detail and risk assessment capabilities to ensure safety and operational efficiencyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and clientsCommercial pilot certificate with an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) ratingMinimum flight experience as specified by FAA for Chief Pilots along with experience in private or corporate aviationStrong knowledge of aviation safety and emergency response protocolsBachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautics, or a related field preferred but not required
